Lecturer – HR / CIPD/ Business Studies/ Project Management, Workington, £29,595 - £42,084 Part Time 15 to 22.5 hours We’re looking for an inspiring professional to deliver both the Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD HR qualifications to adult learners and apprentices. You’ll join a dynamic team, sharing your expertise in HR, supporting learners to achieve their professional goals. This opportunity does come with the option to teach the HR qualifications exclusively over 15 hours a week (1 day of teaching on site and 1 day of administration/prep work - on site or hybrid). There is also the opportunity to increase the hours worked to 22.5 if you are also interested in delivering the Project Management qualification with further hours available later in the year (sept 26) to teach business studies. What you’ll do: Teach CIPD modules (e.g., Organisational Performance, People Management, Employment Law, Employee Engagement) Optional for more hours: Deliver Project Management topics (Project Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholder Comms, Agile/Waterfall methodologies) Guide, support and motivate learners, helping them progress and succeed Contribute to course planning, assessment, and ongoing curriculum development Not a qualified lecturer yet?
