Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to work in a stable role, in a growing company under the guidance of a supportive Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the following duties: Record and update stock data Manage stock and health certificates Updating pricing and stock movements Prepare pick lists for production and containers Arrange transport for deliveries and collections Handle purchase ledger, invoices, and payments Process month-end journals and wage recharges Answer phones and provide general admin support Criteria: Previous experience in administration and accounts Strong attention to detail Confident with data entry and computer systems Organised and able to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills Sage experience is desirable but not essential Benefits Stable role in a growing company £32,000 per annum starting salary Full-time permanent role Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm Half day Fridays Company pension after qualifying period Health Cash Plan If you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
