The Role
As the Early Careers Coordinator, you’ll coordinate and deliver our early careers programmes and recruitment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing recruitment for apprentices and graduates, including shortlisting, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Coordinating job adverts and collaborating with Learning & Development on onboarding.
* Supporting onboarding and check-ins with graduates to ensure a positive experience.
* Planning future programmes for the next financial year and discussing upcoming intakes in July.
* Building strategic partnerships with universities and other organisations to pipeline early careers talent.
* Representing the business at careers fairs and developing a broader early careers approach.
* Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally with exposure to early careers programmes.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for developing talent.
