Mobile Plant Fitter
Location: Leeds
Salary/Bonuses: £35,000 – £36,000 per annum, 45-hour week + overtime at time-and-a-half

…a well-established construction plant equipment business who are looking to grow their field-based support team with an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter. This company supports construction, civils and groundwork clients across the region, providing high-quality maintenance and repair solutions.
The Role
* Travelling to customer sites to service, maintain and repair construction plant machinery.
* Fault-finding and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
* Supporting breakdowns, routine servicing and scheduled inspections.
* Completing accurate job sheets and maintaining excellent workmanship.
* Representing the business professionally while working independently on the road.
The Candidate
The successful applicant will:
* Have previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Technician, Field Service Engineer or similar.
* Be competent working with hydraulics, electrics, diesel engines and transmissions.
* Ideally have experience with excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers and similar plant equipment.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Be able to work independently with a strong customer-focused approach.
