As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability, with a firm focus on the customer journey. Ideally you will have hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop with the technicians and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
* Divide time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
* Provide productive management and leadership to drive profitability with a focus on the customer journey.
Benefits and Compensation
* Maximum salary £36,000 per annum
* Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more)
* 5 days a week

Skills and Experience
* Experience/ability to deliver high customer satisfaction through effective management
* Experience/ability to deliver coaching and training to colleagues
* Technical/mechanical ability or experience
* Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
* IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
