The Customer Account Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of a key customer account, ensuring all orders are processed, produced, and delivered accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for an engineering client, building strong relationships and understanding requirementsProcess customer orders accurately, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.Ensure smooth transition of projects into productionLiaise with production and monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issuesEnsure products are correctly labelled and all documentation (e.g. packing lists and delivery notes) is accurateCoordinate dispatch and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilmentSupport the accurate and timely invoicing and financial completion of ordersKey Skills & ExperienceExperience in a customer-focused role, 3+ YearsStrong administrative skills and order processingHigh attention to detail, particularly in order accuracy and documentationAbility to work effectively with multiple internal departmentsWorking pattern - Monday to Friday 30 - 40 hours per week.Contact Judith on for further details.Skills:Administration customer orders order processing sales orders Customer ServiceBenefits:Flexitime Parking Career OpportunitiesWHJS1_NI
