Support Manager – Norwich & Necton
Salary: £36,154.65 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) + participation in an on-call rota
Training: Opportunity to complete NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 5

About the Role
As a Support Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is always at the heart of everything we do. You’ll guide, mentor, and develop team members to perform with confidence, while maintaining CQC compliance and promoting the best outcomes for the people we support.
This role is ideal for a motivated Supported Living Manager or Social Care Manager who thrives in a role combining leadership, collaboration, and compliance management.
Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and inspire your team to deliver person-centred care and support.

Develop and maintain effective support plans using a range of communication aids.
*
Support staff with training, supervision, and professional development.
*
Oversee compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and other regulatory standards.
*
Manage rotas, staffing, and service delivery to maintain quality and consistency.
*
Participate in the on-call rota and travel between supported living locations as needed.
About You
*
You are working towards, or willing to complete a Leadership & Management qualification (NVQ/QCF Level 5).
*
Have experience managing teams in adult social care, ideally with learning disabilities or complex needs.
*
Confident communicator, experienced with digital and compliance systems.
*
Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
