This role is ideal for teachers who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy supporting students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lessons across a range of subjects in line with the secondary curriculum. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN. Provide personalised 1:1 support and differentiated learning plans where required. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity and quality of learning. Requirements: Previous experience teaching in a secondary setting (supply or permanent). Experience working with SEN students and adapting lessons effectively. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
