Sales and Customer Success Manager – Commercial Finance – Fintech South of England
Our client, a successful Commercial Finance Fintech in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Customer Success Manager during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively undertake telephony-based outreach to customers offering a variety of working capital products & solutions.
* Tailoring sales strategy to different products and customers to achieve optimum results.
* Be the main onboarding point of contact for customers and sales channel partners.
* Ensure the end-to-end process is clear to the customer and that all information is relayed in a timely manner.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or queries by liaising with various internal teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Strong sales skills, with the focus and drive to overcome obstacles and relentlessly drive consultative sales processes for all products.
* 2-5 years of experience within business development.
* Ability to prioritize workload and excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM Systems).
* Prior experience in Financial Services preferred, in particular in Invoice Finance / Trade Finance or Business to Business Lending.
* Intermediate-level skills in the use of Google suite or Microsoft Office suite applications.
The role is predominantly home-based with occasional travel to the London office as and when required (approximately 2/3 times a month).
