This is what you'll be doing
As their new Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the sales function, developing business opportunities, and mentoring a small but high-performing team.
Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet growth targets across South Wales and surrounding areas.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Leading and supporting a small team of sales reps, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Identifying new market opportunities, tendering for larger contracts, and expanding into new sectors.
Collaborating with senior leadership to align sales goals with the wider business strategy.This is what you'll bring to the team

A proven track record in business development, account management, or technical sales.
