Advance is seeking Casual Support Workers in Boston, Lincolnshire, to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle; mileage will be paid at 0.45p per mile.
Day-to-Day Activities:
* Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
* Medication administration (if required)
* Supporting meal preparation and cooking
* Assisting with medical appointments
* Supporting social activities
* Helping develop independent skills
* Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
* Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
* Keeping training up to date

About the Candidate:
No prior experience in care or support is necessary. What matters most are your values, passion, and determination to make a difference for people with autism or learning disabilities.

* Capable of working independently and as part of a team
* Excellent at communicating with people
* Skilled in completing accurate support records
* Able to work alternate weekends
* Competent in following Support Plans and Risk Assessments and maintaining customer records
* Literate and numerate in English
* Willing to achieve the Care Certificate
