Sales Ledger Officer - 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
30.5 hours per week
Haverfordwest
£25,000-£26,900 per annum FTE (£13-£14.00 per hour)
We are recruiting for maternity cover for a well-established and market-leading West Wales business.
You will need a high level of accuracy, superb attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as you will handle a high volume of financial data and liaise with customers, clients, and coworkers across the wider business.
This role involves working as part of the transactional finance team in their well-appointed office, performing duties such as:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for customer sales inquiries
- Raising sales invoices
- Raising credit notes
- Supporting audit and month-end processes
- Liaising with customers and sales teams to resolve pricing issues and invoicing queries
To be eligible, candidates should have experience in a finance-related role, with training available for strong administrators with invoicing exposure or financial training like AAT or bookkeeping courses.
This position is 100% office-based.
