ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Leadership & Coordination
1. Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and ensure project-wide compliance.
2. Manage federated models, drive clash detection and resolution processes.
3. Support 4D and 5D integration (time and cost) to enhance construction planning.
4. Represent the business in client and consultant coordination meetings.
Revit & CAD Management
5. Oversee model setup, content libraries, and template standards.
6. Manage workflows across disciplines (Architectural, MEP, Structural).
7. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project team members.
Training & Support
8. Deliver BIM and Revit training workshops across the site team.
9. Act as point of contact for all BIM-related queries and support needs.
Quality Assurance & Data Management
10. Perform regular QA reviews of BIM models.
11. Ensure all data complies with company standards and ISO 19650 requirements.
12. Maintain secure handling and storage of digital construction data.
REQUIREMENTS
13. 5+ years’ experience in BIM Management on major construction projects.
14. Strong Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD proficiency.
15. Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework standards.
16. Proven experience coordinating with multiple disciplines.
17. Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related.
18. Bonus: BIM Certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional).
