This role is suitable for an experienced Manual Miller or Horizontal Borer. Manual Miller / Conventional Miller Requirements: Horizontal milling/boring or similar experience essential Apprentice trained is preferred but not essential Willing to learn new skills Good standard in maths and English Have an ability to work to a high standard of quality with attention to detail Wearing of appropriate PPE and observing health and safety rules Manual Miller / Conventional Miller Duties: Rework/Manufacture of components and working to drawings General housekeeping of work area and routine machine maintenance/safety checks.
