* Prepare dishes in a timely manner
* Ensure dishes meet presentation standards
* Minimize wastage and control portions cost-effectively
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene from storage to service
* Ensure HACCP compliance in all outlets
* Follow health and safety guidelines and report issues
* Be energy and cost-conscious to achieve savings
* Maintain kitchen equipment and report issues
* Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
