We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality improvement within our Living Well services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering high standards of care and compliance.
Location: Hereford, Herefordshire
Contract: 6 months ongoing
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £385.00 per day (Umbrella) + Mileage
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on the development and delivery of a quality assurance strategy.
* Identify, manage, and escalate risks to senior managers and boards.
* Provide support in preparation for a pending CQC inspection.
* Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring effective performance.
* Co-ordinate and lead provider failure processes, with the support of the Head of Services.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in quality monitoring on data platforms.
* Knowledge of contract management and care provider market oversight.
* Familiarity with co-production approaches.
