They are seeking a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Your New Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires a team-oriented, collaborative, and communicative individual who is result-driven, confident, curious, and engaging.
Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate various Commercial Contracts.
* Work closely with clients’ in-house legal teams on matters including international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, and consumer issues.
* Manage caseloads actively and ensure compliance with delivery commitments.
* Input and update data on company and client systems.
* Contribute to developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools.
* Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
What You Need To Succeed
* Legal Degree and/or qualified lawyer.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* At least 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors.
* Previous in-house experience.
