About the Role As a Work Planner, you'll play a key part in the success of a busy maintenance service by: Scheduling and coordinating repairs for a mobile workforce. Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and work is completed right first time. Maintaining clear communication with engineers, customers, and internal teams. Supporting efforts to achieve 100% service compliance. Contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and reduced avoidable contact.
