Are you a passionate English Teacher looking for a rewarding role in the historic city of Chester?
We are recruiting English Teachers for various secondary schools across the region, from city-centre academies to rural village colleges.
* Pay: £150 - £220 per day (paid weekly).
* Location: Chester and all surrounding Cheshire West areas.
Duties:
* Deliver high-impact English Language and Literature lessons to secondary students.
* Plan and prepare creative resources tailored to various learning abilities.
* Provide constructive marking and feedback to support student progress.
* Maintain a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications Needed:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT (Early Career Teacher) status.
* A University degree in English or a related field.
* A valid Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply.
* Proven ability to inspire students and a strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
