You will play a pivotal role in ensuring BlueLight Commercial has the capability and capacity to deliver our strategy and transformation programme. The role will provide skilled and focused leadership in the change arena to deliver and embed our transformation strategy, building change maturity throughout the organisation. You will engage a variety of stakeholders to identify transformational change opportunities and to create a strong interest for collaborative working and an appetite to achieve excellence.
