Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
* Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
* Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development
* Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
* Contribute to the creation of a safe and engaging classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
Qualifications
* Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
