Medical Negligence Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, London, full-time or part-time opportunity with a competitive remuneration package. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded Medical Negligence Team, due to continued growth and succession planning.
Responsibilities
* Lead complex, high-value clinical negligence cases, including catastrophic birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnoses, and other serious medical incidents.
* Maintain and grow an established professional network and reputation.
* Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
* Play an active role in business development and thought leadership within the field of medical negligence.
* Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes for patients and their families.
Qualifications
* A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.
* Experienced in handling complex, high-value medical negligence claims.
* Passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by serious medical harm.
* A confident leader with the drive to grow the team and the practice.
* Proven track record in clinical negligence work with successful outcomes.
