Overview
Senior Personal Assistant from the West of England Combined Authorities. Hybrid work in Bristol BS AL, United Kingdom. This is a full-time role with a salary in the range £37,035 – £40,476 (full-time equivalent, pro-rata for part-time). The role supports the Metro Mayor by providing high-level administrative and executive support and leading the PA team.
Responsibilities
* Line manage a team of PAs, fostering a culture of excellence, consistency and collaboration in the team.
* Standardise processes and develop appropriate administrative tools to aid efficient team working.
* Confidently prioritise tasks and liaise with relevant stakeholders and the team to provide effective and efficient personal assistance to the leadership team.
The post focuses on delivering priorities through accurate and timely administrative support and leadership of the PA team.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
This role is responsible for standardising processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the team. It supports collaboration and excellence within the PA team while aligning with organisational priorities.
