Candidate Profile
This role is suitable for someone with substantial formulation experience in the chemicals industry, preferably in agrochemicals, but experience in household products, biocides, surfactants, or coatings will also be considered.

Role Responsibilities
1. Research and develop new formulations for chemicals, biopesticides, and biostimulants
2. Analyze and interpret data from formulation experiments to aid in technology development
3. Utilize advanced chemical and biotech equipment for testing crop protection formulations and stability
4. Collaborate with global clients to solve formulation challenges
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a GLP laboratory environment
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Chemistry or related field; PhD is advantageous but not required
* Recent significant experience in chemical formulation, preferably in crop protection
* Proven problem-solving skills in chemical formulation
* Willingness to travel or relocate to the South coast (Hampshire)
* Legal right to work in the UK
