Hastings & Rother Healthcare (HRH) is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Care Coordinator with a passion for women's health to join our growing team.
About the role: The successful candidate will:
* Support the Clinical Lead for HRH's Women's Health Hub with triage, administration, and appointment management.
* Assist with clinical aspects of consultations (e.g., chaperoning, blood pressure, height/weight, blood tests) with full training provided.

Main duties of the job
* Booking appointments following clinician triage
* Identifying additional women's health needs prior to attendance
* Supporting the clinical lead with organizing the efficient day-to-day running of the Women's Health Hub
* Booking and planning clinic lists
* Chaperoning for clinical procedures, such as coil fittings
* Measuring and recording blood pressures, heights, and weights
* Supporting health promotion, including lifestyle advice and referrals to other professionals/services
* Liaising with practice healthcare professionals, reception, and triage teams
* Managing waiting lists and stock
* Running EMIS searches and supporting claims with Excel
* Working closely with the Clinical Lead to facilitate service advancement & promotion
* Supporting clinical leads with projects

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade C
Experience
* Experience working in healthcare
* Competent in using clinical systems (EMIS)
* Knowledge of administration processes and record keeping
* IT literacy including Excel and data entry
* Good interpersonal skills and team work
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Patient, caring, calm, and empathetic
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Flexible and able to work under pressure
* Understanding of health inequalities and a desire to improve healthcare access
* Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines
* Experience with blood pressure, heights, and weights; venepuncture training available
* Ability to assess patients objectively and subjectively
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
* Familiarity with local women's health services and external links
