Hygiene Manager - Responsibilities include:
1. Manage team jointly with Shift Managers
2. Management of cleaning on site, production equipment and areas as required by the needs of the business
3. Development and maintenance of the Hygiene system
4. Operation of the site Hygiene system ensuring that Hygiene activities are planned, actioned and recorded on time and report any variance/ concessions.
5. Responsible for ensuring that the correct hygiene procedures are carried out on all production equipment and amenities, including walls, floors, drains as detailed in the cleaning schedules and the methods of cleaning
Hygiene Manager - Knowledge, Skills and Experience Desired:
6. Excellent track record of delivering success in a hygiene management role within an FMCG.
7. Food Hygiene & HACCP.
8. Awareness of Auditing, Pest Control and Allergen awareness.
9. Knowledge of the principles of chilled food manufacturing.
10. Hygiene & environmental management systems.
11. Previous exposure to managing budgets, equipment manufactures and capital expenditure.
12. IT literate including Word and Excel
Schedule- Monday-Friday 7pm to 7am
