About the Role:
Aspire People is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Primary Teaching Assistant to work across a range of schools in Northampton. You'll support class teachers and provide tailored assistance to students, especially in managing behaviour and keeping students engaged. Your behaviour management skills will be vital in creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support primary school students in their learning, helping them engage with lesson content and activities.
2. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive classroom atmosphere.
3. Assist children with special educational needs (SEN) to help them reach their academic potential.
4. Work closely with teachers to provide academic and behavioural support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
* Proven skills in managing challenging behaviour and implementing behaviour interventions.
* A passion for supporting children's success.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to classroom challenges.
