SEMH Teacher – Wythenshawe

Contract: Until Easter (with potential to continue for the full academic year)
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teacher to join a supportive team in Wythenshawe.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with SEMH needs.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with support staff and other professionals to meet individual needs.
* Manage behaviour effectively and promote emotional well-being.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with SEMH students or in a specialist setting.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
* Ability to start in January and commit until Easter (with potential extension).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
