Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Pydar House in Truro. The role will support the provision of a range of property related services including routine liaison with building occupants, overseeing the general upkeep of the building condition, cyclical safety and security checks, raising notification/ logs of defects and reporting of issues on behalf of service users. You will be working closely with the Facilities Manager, assigned Site Supervisors and cleaning staff, and you will be interacting with a cross section of clients, customers and service users.
