Description * Head of Sales * Largest provider of data and analytics to the property market. * Up to £100k base commission The Head of Sales and Operations will be responsible for leading and executing the overall sales strategy, aligning it with the company’s business plan and long-term growth objectives. This role will oversee the management and reporting of all sales activities, ensuring performance is monitored and optimized. Working closely with the Managing Director, the Head of Sales and Operations will also identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance operational sustainability. A key aspect of the role includes quantifying potential business benefits and ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented to support scalable and sustainable growth. What the Head of Sales will be doing: * Working with colleagues to identify key product and service propositions * Developing a transparent prospect, target and customer sales process, directing and leading the sales team to achieve budgeted results. * Overall management of the sales team to bring effective leadership and communication of the business sales strategy and ensuring the effective management, compliance, control and deployment of the sales team, promoting a customer focused culture. * Working with Marketing colleagues on the necessary activity required to underpin delivery of business strategy. What the Head of Sales should bring: * A sound understanding/knowledge from one or more of these sectors: Legal/Financial/Property/Professional services/Technology * Previous experience of developing sales strategy and process * Proven track record of taking new products to market. * Awareness of both transactional and solution sales techniques * Extensive financial/commercial awareness & technical knowledge * Extensive knowledge and experience of budget preparation and the ability to manage * Experienced in operating at senior management team/Board level * Salesforce or similar Enterprise CRM/commercial platform experience for optimising sales and performance * Performance management experience * Strong customer focus What the Head of Sales will get in return: You will receive a basic salary of up to £100,000 commission, pension, private healthcare and much more What do next: Apply now and get in touch with Alex
