What candidates will be doing - As the first point of contact for our 90,000 customers, they will be the voice of Aster, providing telephone support in an empathetic and professional manner. They will: Resolve customer queries and find practical solutions Book appointments and support customers with self-service options Take ownership of customer cases from start to finish Deliver a positive experience, even in challenging situations Use judgement, empathy, and problem-solving skills to make things happen Some of our customers may be experiencing difficult circumstances, so the ability to listen, understand, and provide support will be invaluable. What skills do you need? Experience in a customer service environment and be confident handling customer enquiries.
