Our client designs, builds and maintains top end domestic gardens in Surrey and surrounding area They are seeking a soft landscape foreperson to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company who boast an extremely healthy order book and who offer promotional opportunities. EXPERIENCE MANAGING A SMALL TEAM OF 1-2 PEOPLE (MINIMUM) IS ESSENTIAL. You will be working with the installation team with specific responsibility for turfing and planting. Fair plant knowledge expected, strong record keeping along with organisational and planning skills. This is a client facing role so you must be well presented and confident speaking to both domestic clients and the main contractor on busy construction sites and have experience in doing so. You will be planting according to designers specifications however alterations are sometimes required at site level. If you have experience in planning planting schemes this will be an extreme advantage. The role involves a 7.30am start. You will require a driving license and experience operating an excavator and fork lift. A horticulture qualification is desirable but not essential. SOFT LANDSCAPERS ARE ALSO REQUIRED
