Location: Leicester (Hybrid) - One day a week in the office
Working Hours: Rotational shift patterns. Shifts vary; MUST be available to work evenings and some weekends.

1. Week 1: Mon: 11:30 – 19:30, Wed: 10:30 – 18:30, Thurs: 10:30 – 18:30, Fri: 10:30 – 18:30 (No weekends)
2. Week 2: Mon: 13:00 – 20:30, Tues: 13:00 – 20:30, Wed: 13:00 – 20:30, Thurs: 13:00 – 20:30, Sat: 09:00 – 16:30, Sun: 10:00 – 17:00
3. Week 3: Mon: 10:30 – 18:30, Tues: 10:30 – 18:30, Fri: 13:00 – 20:30, Sat: 10:00 – 17:30, Sun: 10:00 – 17:00

Role overview:
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Insurance Claims Specialist to join our Intervention team during a record-breaking year. Your focus will be on reducing indemnity spend by working with teams to attract and manage Third Party customers with insurance claims.
You will support delivering excellent claim journeys to Non-Fault Third Parties claiming through Hastings Direct, supporting team members in becoming technically competent and making informed commercial decisions.
Job requirements – demonstrable experience in:
* Collaborating with operational leadership to review outcomes/KPIs using data for improvement through technical development and insurance knowledge.
* Identifying technical knowledge needs for colleagues and delivering relevant training and development.
* Serving as the referral and escalation point for technical queries.
* Supporting the technical lead in building team capability, including training new colleagues and developing individual skills.
* Using audit data, coaching reports, and control reports to identify systemic issues and implement solutions.
* Understanding market developments impacting intervention performance and providing technical input for risk mitigation strategies.

Optional skills:
* Technical knowledge of Insurance Claims, especially Third Party Claims and Intervention.
