If you haven't worked in care before, we will provide you with all the support required. When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members. We will support you in completing your Care Certificate and gaining a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a relevant field, partnering with our provider Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £27,734.40 based on a 42-hour week. The annual salary is for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro-rata based on contracted hours.
This is a Full-Time contracted position with shifts that vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to accommodate your commitments.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead full, active lives aligned with their wishes and care plans
* Ensure safety and safeguard welfare, taking appropriate protective actions
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, manage finances and medication, support practical tasks, and maintain personal care and healthcare
* Act as an informal contact for families and social workers
* Accurately report and record care-related issues
* Follow health and safety regulations and promote wellbeing
* Maintain professional relationships and boundaries
* Adhere to organisational policies and values
