Since then we've become the nation's favourite way to move, with over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated junior marketer or graduate who wants a broad, commercially-focused role in a fast-growing business.
This is a generalist role focused on campaign delivery and performance, with exposure across marketing, data and growth. You’ll work on a wide range of projects that support the growth of the business, while also owning key day-to-day marketing activities that keep things running smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, curious, and keen to learn how a scale-up operates.
What you’ll do:
* Support and deliver day-to-day multi-channel marketing activity (email, CRM, SMS, direct mail, etc.)
* Build, launch, and optimise campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency
* Monitor campaign performance and channel health daily, proactively identifying and resolving issues
* Report on campaign results, highlighting insights, successes, and areas for improvement
* Work on projects to test new propositions and improve customer engagement and conversion
* Analyse data and customer behaviour to inform decision-making and prioritisation
* Collaborate cross-functionally (product, data, sales, operations) to drive measurable commercial impact
* Take ownership of projects end-to-end as skills and confidence grow
* Contribute to initiatives such as personalisation, conversion/retention improvements, AI-driven efficiencies, and international market expansion
* Support performance measurement development, customer lifetime value analysis, and ad-hoc problem-solving
What you’ll need to succeed:
* 1-2 years working in a graduate role, ideally in a scale up environment, or relevant internships and projects to demonstrate your drive
* You understand the value of data to drive decisions and are confident analysing performance and investigating issues
* Commercial common sense and a focus on outcomes, not just activity
* The ability to work at pace, balancing planned campaigns with fast-moving, reactive opportunities
* A proactive, low-ego approach. You’re happy to get stuck in and take responsibility
* Tech-savvy with a passion for AI and quick to learn new tools (experience with platforms like HubSpot is a bonus, not essential)
* Curiosity and a growth mindset – you’re always testing, learning
* Alignment with our values and a desire to make a meaningful impact
