Salary range: £48,000.00 - £76,000.00

Contract type: Permanent

Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, allowing a mix of office and home-based work based on personal needs and business requirements. Typically, around 1 day a week in the office for connection and ad-hoc meetings.


Key responsibilities

1. Support the Marketing Strategy and Planning Lead to align marketing with business objectives and develop the overarching marketing strategy, including product positioning.
2. Maintain an 18-month rolling activity plan to support prioritization and customer objectives.
3. Create accurate reports and dashboards to provide insights for brand, channel, and budget optimization.
4. Extract and analyze raw data from large datasets such as Adobe or GA4 to assess marketing effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing Team and agencies to implement tracking for new channels and campaigns.
6. Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and Partnership risk management policies.
7. Support testing and learning through test design and modeling for performance improvements.
8. Manage and maintain the JLM Brand tracker with the Data and Insights Team.
9. Manage relationships with external agencies.


Essential skills/experience

1. Ability to plan a comprehensive marketing strategy and prioritize activities to meet KPIs.
2. Strong forecasting and budget management skills.
3. Broad knowledge of marketing channels and martech, including digital platforms and CRM.
4. Working knowledge of web analytics platforms (GA4 or Adobe) and marketing analytics.
5. Experience in brand and product positioning.
6. Relevant qualifications or extensive analytically-based experience.
7. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPS, IF, AND, OR, Pivot tables).
8. Experience creating engaging data visualizations (Tableau preferred).
9. Ability to write simple SQL queries and perform joins on relational databases.


Desirable skills/experience

1. Knowledge of website tagging using GTM or Ensighten.
2. Basic coding skills in Python.
3. Experience in the Financial Services industry.
4. Brand marketing experience and creative propositional development.
5. Experience working in planning functions at media agencies.
