Overview
We are recruiting for a temporary/fixed-term Procurement Manager at our Head Office in Loughborough. The Procurement Manager will support procurement activity, including open procedures and competitive flexible procedures, as well as use of third-party frameworks. 37 hours per week - initial 6 month fixed term. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting delivery of the Trust's procurement strategy, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently, transparently and in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices. This role is vital in supporting the Trust's objectives by ensuring value for money, effective supplier management, and strategic sourcing, and providing a high-quality, user-friendly procurement support service to academy-based and central services colleagues.

Qualifications
* CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
* Proven experience in a public sector procurement role
* Strong understanding of procurement regulations and best practices
* Excellent negotiation, analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
