What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Children Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager, Home Manager or in a similar role. Must have recent experience in managing children&39;s care home. Hold qualification to be registered with Ofsted for a children&39;s residential home, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People. Thorough knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance standards.
