As a Visual Designer within the Entertainment division, you’ll help shape the visual identity and storytelling of TCC’s Entertainment solutions portfolio. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver compelling omni-channel creative assets that elevate licensed brands and original IPs, while driving retailer KPIs and consumer engagement.
This role requires a strong foundation in design principles, fluency in emerging tools and trends, and the ability to translate strategic direction into high-impact visuals across digital, print, and product formats.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and execute visual assets for Entertainment campaigns, including packaging, product visuals, pitch decks, sizzles, and omni-channel activations.
2. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Rewards Designers, Category Managers, and Licensing teams to ensure brand alignment and creative excellence.
3. Translate strategic briefs into engaging design concepts that support commercial goals and licensor guidelines.
4. Support licensor pitches with high-quality visuals and manage creative elements throughout the partnership lifecycle.
5. Create and maintain design systems and templates for global use, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
6. Contribute to campaign narratives and visual storytelling that resonate with consumers and clients.
7. Participate in meetings and presentations, articulating design decisions with clarity and confidence.
8. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies through global events, trade fairs, and ongoing research.
9. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
Core Design & Technical Skills
10. Creative Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge), Figma, Canva
11. Microsoft Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams – for presentations, collaboration, and documentation
12. Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of font psychology, glyphs, and responsive design
13. 2D & 3D Design: Concepting, packaging, and product visualization for loyalty and retail campaigns
14. Motion Graphics & Animation: Experience with After Effects and Blender
15. Video Editing: Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript
16. AI Design Tools: Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney
17. Web & App Design: Responsive design for mobile and desktop platforms
18. UX/UI Design: Wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
AI Literacy & Automation
19. Use AI tools for layout suggestions, image generation, and automating repetitive tasks (e.g., background removal)
Soft Skills & Collaboration
20. Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
21. Collaborative mindset, working effectively across departments and mentoring junior designers
22. Adaptable and curious, open to feedback and new technologies
Qualifications & Experience
23. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
24. 3–5 years of experience in a design role, preferably within loyalty, entertainment, toys, or retail
25. Experience working with licensed brands or in a licensor/licensee environment is a plus
26. Portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital, print, and product design
