About the Role
We are looking for a technical/integration-focused BA (experience with backend integrations, APIs, data flows). Requiring strong teamwork skills and full software delivery lifecycle experience. With life & pensions experience or must have strong FS background.
Responsibilities
* This Senior BA brings extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation and re-platforming programmes, particularly within the Life & Pensions and Financial Services sectors.
* They have worked as part of a multi-BA team, collaborating closely with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to drive delivery across complex change programmes.
* They are highly experienced across the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from project initiation and business case development through to delivery and implementation.
* Their background includes strong exposure to retirement products and the broader financial services market.
* With a technical BA focus, they specialise in system and back‑end integration, particularly integrating new document management and payroll systems into existing platforms.
* They are confident engaging with technical and business teams alike and often take on Product Owner or Delivery Manager responsibilities for integration streams.
* They operate effectively in mixed delivery environments, blending Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall approaches to suit programme needs.
Required Skills
* Strong teamwork skills and full software delivery lifecycle experience.
* With life & pensions experience or strong FS background.
* Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation and re-platforming programmes.
* Experience working as part of a multi-BA team.
* Technical BA focus with system and back‑end integration expertise, APIs, data flows.
