CKW are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the team of an established business in Wolverhampton for maternity cover. The role requires a start in June to allow time for an adequate handover. Duration is approximately 9-12 months, transparency on an end date will be given. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be fully responsible for all the Companys invoicing, reconciliation and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. It is desirable that the candidate has strong experience in admin and a knowledge of accounting tasks. The role is fully office based and hours can be discussed. Responsibilities: Processing invoicing Monthly Statements Maintain files Issuing purchase orders General administration Requirements: Strong Excel knowledge Experience in accounting software desirable Attention to detail Good communication skills
