Please note: This role is based in Jersey and requires relocation. It is not a UK based position. We will fully support your move to the island.

The Role / As Sous Chef, You Will
* Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, professional kitchen
* Deliver high quality, seasonal dishes with consistency
* Lead and motivate the brigade during service
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cost control standards

* Competitive salary of £33,000 to £35,000
