We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the SEN provision at a welcoming Primary School in Aston, working closely with pupils diagnosed with autism, ADHD, non-verbal communication needs, and SEMH. This is a rewarding, long-term opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to helping children thrive both academically and emotionally. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support within the SEN provision Support pupils with autism, ADHD, non-verbal needs and SEMH Use visual aids, structured routines, and sensory strategies Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO What We're Looking For: Experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary or SEN setting Confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm manner Confidence supporting non-verbal communication (PECS, visuals, Makaton beneficial) Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for inclusive education Why Work with Long Term Futures?
