Key Responsibilities

1. Incremental Sales Growth
Proactively follow up on service and preventative maintenance reports to quote remedial repairs and identify other revenue-generating opportunities.

2. Inspection Follow-Up
Engage with leads generated from FinCam inspection technology and other inspection reports to convert opportunities into sales.

3. Personal Development & Collaboration
Attend regional meetings and collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance your knowledge and contribute to team success.

4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Maintain a regular call cycle with shared accounts, support field sales reps, process orders, and promote relevant campaigns and promotions.

You will also be accountable for:

5. Quoting and offering tailored solutions to customers

6. Following up on unconverted quotes

7. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

8. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers

9. Promoting all aspects of Finning’s parts and service offerings

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

10. Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales environment

11. Professional and confident telephone manner

12. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and customer service skills

13. Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities

14. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed

15. Collaborative mindset with cross-departmental engagement

16. High attention to detail and accuracy

17. Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to track customer interactions

18. Strong PC skills and adaptability to new systems
