Speech and Language Therapy Graduates – Learning Support Roles in Schools

Are you a Speech and Language Therapy graduate looking to gain valuable experience in schools? Do you want to support children with communication needs in a learning support role?

Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants in schools across North Tyneside and the surrounding areas. This full-time, term-time only role is ideal for those wanting to develop hands-on experience supporting children with speech, language, and communication difficulties in an educational setting.


The Role:

* Providing one-to-one and small group support to children with communication needs

* Assisting teachers and SEN staff in delivering tailored learning activities

* Helping children develop confidence, communication skills, and independence

* Working closely with speech and language therapists, teachers, and SENCOs

Who We're Looking For:

* Recent Speech and Language Therapy graduates or final-year students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
