 
        A wonderful, boutique Advisory Firm in Westminster are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join the team as a PA and Office Manager. Working closely with the Office Assistant, they need someone with PA or TA experience under their belt who is comfortable doing diary and travel bookings for a couple of the company Directors. Due to the small nature of the team, you will be expected to muck wherever needed, booking events, socials, liaising with the building manager, IT support and ordering in supplies. They are a diverse, social team with so many lovely perks and team socials. Attitude and personality fit will be the driving force for the successful candidate. They are seeking someone with strong communication skills who enjoys being a PA and is hungry to progress! A unique office, strong family feel. Duties will include: Diary Management: Responsible for proactively managing calendars including scheduling internal/external meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time efficiency. Travel Coordination: Full research and booking management for domestic/international travel (flights, hotels, transport). Task Management: Monitor and assist with follow-ups and deadlines Research and book restaurants/venues Credit card reconciliation and expenses Admin support and desk research as required Greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshments when needed IT Management (including mobile and office telephones): d2d point of contact for all IT requests/issues, responsible for recommending and overseeing best practise IT arrangements, liaising with IT suppliers on provision of services, maintaining accurate records for monitoring business and accounting needs Building Management: main point of contact for building facilities team, liaising with third parties on maintenance and repairs, regularly reinforcing and reviewing security measures Health & Safety: ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the office Project Coordination: supporting the planning and execution of office events and projects Office Admin (shared with Office Assistant) The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised and proactive Able to time manage and prioritise tasks Confidentiality and discretion Flexibility to switch between tasks as required Able to use initiative and good at problem solving Have a sense of humour!
