Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications using Python, Django, and related technologies. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve application performance, reliability, and user experience. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Guide the team in the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and success. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Contribute to the development of new software features and applications as needed. Lead and mentor a team of 3 software developers and 1 tester, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
