Job Description
* Provide administrative support across various human resources functions.
* Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
* Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and organising induction sessions.
* Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Coordinate training sessions and track employee development progress.
* Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
* Previous experience in human resources or a related field.
* Knowledge of HR systems and employment legislation.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
* Be able to work Monday, Thursday & Fridays
