About the role
The Enabling Support Worker provides support and encouragement, following directions from both the individual supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may be required to administer personal care and medication.
Sleep-in sessions may be required, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep-in.
Ashley Place, located on the seafront in Bognor Regis, is a modern residential care home equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a highly trained staff team. The service offers a range of disability and rehabilitation services, including community and in-home support, wellbeing, and respite stays, making it an ideal location for short breaks or longer stays.
