Accounts Assistant – Portadown
Cpl NI is working with a leading business to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
You will work with the wider accounts department on a variety of finance and administrative tasks.
Duties:
·Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
·Handling customer queries regarding payments
·Managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment
·Processing supplier invoices
·Preparation of supplier payment runs
·Use of document management system and maintain digital filing processes
Criteria:
·2+ years of experience in a similar role
·Experience working in accounts payable and accounts receivable
·Computer literacy and Microsoft Excel
·Previous experience with CIS and subcontractor invoicing processes is desirable.
